Long is the history of this city was founded in the heart of the jungle, but most of the buildings date back to the heyday between the sixth and eleventh centuries . A curious fact is that Coba , architecture and sculpture , it’s more like Tikal ( Mayan city located in Guatemala) compared to the rest of the archaeological parks yucatensi . And ‘ likely that both cities have a very close relationship , especially in trade .
